Covid-19 Notice

In compliance with CDC, State, and Federal guidelines of the recent coronavirus, all Clayton Tile locations are practicing the following procedures to protect the health and safety our our staff & clients. We ask all customers to review these policies before their visit.

• All staff & customer interactions will be at a 6-foot distance.
• Showroom capacity will be limited and will follow CDC guidelines. Appointments are highly encouraged and will take priority of showroom capacity over walk-ins.
• 8:00-9:30am, Monday – Friday, is reserved for our senior citizen and at-risk clients ONLY in the showrooms.
• Contractor Counters are open, but curbside service will still be available for any customers picking up or placing orders. Give us a call and we will assist you via phone.
• Any customers that are ill are asked to visit at another time.

Although it may look a bit different, we still strive to offer the best customer service to all our clients. Thank you for your patience and support during this time!
